Pacific Guardian Center is the first high-rise complex in Honolulu's CBD to have an electric vehicle (EV) charging station. PGC has also allocated six unreserved parking stalls on the 9th floor of the garage, designated exclusively for EV owners and operators. Use of the EV station is complimentary to all tenants and their guests who park at PGC for the initial year.

Pacific Guardian Center has worked hard to lower the cost of occupancy for its tenants and prospective tenants. A significant portion of this savings comes from recent decreases in electricity costs and PGC's ongoing energy efficiency programs that have resulted in the project earning its fourth Energy Star Award in 2010 with a perfect score of 100.
